Founded in 2001 by owner David Parrott, Symmetry Home Improvements has over 20 years of exceeding expectations in everything from decks and fences to complete home renovations and additions. Following years of continued growth and employee development, David has returned to his core values and operates as a one-man operation.
This smaller business model helps minimize operational costs, and those savings can be passed along to customers. We contracted Dave in the fall of 2020 to do a renovation on our 30-year-old house. The project was extensive and involved updating all water pipes, plumbing and fixtures. In addition to a new large walk-in shower, there was tile work, new flooring, a vinyl planking installation and carpet removal. The project also included new stair rails, a kitchen and laundry room, and finally, we upgraded all our lighting to LED. We are so delighted with the results!
Dave’s goal is to save his clients money by not wasting time, giving advice on quality products to purchase, and not using a manager. He is very reliable and trustworthy. He works directly with the client and has the clients do most of the shopping, thus saving money and leaving Dave to concentrate on the work.
Dave has excellent design ideas and knows how to solve tricky situations often encountered during renovations.
